The registration period has already started and remains open until one week before the start of each course.
As every year, the University of Zaragoza will teach several courses in Ejea during the months of June and July. These are courses in different subject areas: science, nature, environment, economics, legal science, technology, languages, history, art, education, health ...
These courses, validated as elective credits, are meant to serve the needs specialization and training of students at the University of Zaragoza, in addition to promoting debate on social issues.

- ADVANCES IN THE CONSERVATION, FOOD PROCESSING AND MARKETING OF TRADITIONAL AND NEW FOOD 11 to July 14, 2011
- FIRE FOREST RESTORATION AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONSEQUENCES, from 18 to 20 July 2011
- PROSPECTS OF RURAL DEVELOPMENT: FOUR SPACE 30 June to July 2, 2011
- FOOD SECURITY: THE ROLE OF LAW "FROM FARM TO TABLE", from 4 to 7 July 2011
- VIII COURSE OF HISTORY AND MULTICULTURALISM "VIOLENCE AND MULTICULTURALISM" from 28 to 30 June 2011
